Thank you for shopping with Nadine & Ripley. Because many items in my shop are made to order or custom-created, please read the policy below before purchasing.

Made-to-Order Apparel & Prints

Most apparel and wall art items are made specifically after your order is placed. Because of this, I am not able to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Ordering the wrong size

  • Change of mind

  • Color differences caused by screen settings

  • Incorrect shipping information entered at checkout

  • Items that were ordered by mistake

Please double-check the product details, size chart, and shipping address before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within [insert number of days, for example: 7 days] of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A photo of the packaging, if damaged

  • A brief description of what happened

If the issue qualifies, I will work with the production partner to help make it right.

Sizing

Please check the size chart on the individual product page before ordering. If you are between sizes or prefer a looser riding fit, sizing up is usually the safer choice.

Because apparel is made to order, I cannot guarantee exchanges for sizing issues.

Custom Art Commissions

Custom fantasy art commissions are created specifically for you and your animal, based on your photos, story, and chosen commission tier.

Because custom artwork requires time, planning, and creative labor, custom commission purchases are not refundable once work has begun.

I want you to love your finished artwork, so communication and reference photos are very important. Please provide clear photos and details when requested.

Digital Items

Digital artwork, digital downloads, and delivered digital files are not eligible for returns or refunds once delivered.
