Thank you for shopping with Nadine & Ripley. Every order supports a small independent artist, horsewoman, and one-woman creative business.

Most apparel and print items are made to order, which means your item is created after you place your order. This helps reduce waste and allows me to offer more original designs without mass-producing inventory.

Processing Time

Please allow approximately 5-7 days for your order to be created before it ships.

Processing time is separate from shipping time. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

Shipping Time

Shipping times may vary depending on the item, destination, carrier, and production partner.

Most orders typically arrive within 10-14 days after they have shipped, but delays can happen during holidays, severe weather, or high-volume carrier periods.

Made-to-Order Items

Because many Nadine & Ripley products are made specifically for you, please double-check your size, shipping address, and order details before checking out.

If you notice an issue with your order information, please contact me as soon as possible.

Multiple Items

If you order more than one item, they may ship separately depending on where each item is produced and fulfilled. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing from your order.
